Swimming Pool

The children were so excited to build their very own swimming pool yesterday during their Plan, Do and Review time. It was great to see the teamwork, sharing and negotiations taking place during the building and using of their pool. Most of all it was great to hear the giggles and games being played in the water which helped them to cool down in the hot sun.

It was great to be outside and enjoying the sunshine with the children. We have been talking about the importance of drinking water, wearing sun cream and having our sun hats on.

New friends

Today we were very lucky to have some silk worm caterpillars in our classroom that's to one of our children, it was great for the children to see the huge caterpillars snacking and moving inside their glass container. We look forward to hearing when they have gone into their cocoon.

Class Dojo

Well done Annabel for winning our class dojo this week for your superb writing and great listening skills. Keep up all the hard work!

A whole new world!

Reception were very excited to receive a brand new area for our painting, water and sand. This was all due to the kind generosity of Mr Moutter and his work colleagues. We can now have sand and water without worrying about it spilling on the carpet. Thank you so much!
