Children with an Education, Health and Care Plan that names the school must be admitted if this takes place before the allocation of places under the School's Admissions arrangements, as this will reduce the number of places available to other children.

For in-year Admission of children with an Education Health and Care Plan, the Local Authority and School will consult on each application.
