The School Council has decided to host a writing competition with the intent to self-publish the children's work collectively in "Portals of Imagination: Poetry from St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School".

In school, children in every year group have written a poem, based on entering a portal. The School Council has shortlisted the poetry pieces. The 3-5 poems with the highest votes from each year group will be chosen to be published, at the end of term on Amazon.

We hope you are eager to support this process in order to celebrate children's writing and encourage the use of poetry across the school.

Deadline to vote is Thursday the 4^th July 2024 at 4pm.
